I translated and sent a letter to my son''s birthmother using the address listed in the court documents. She replieid almost immediately, but her letter was confusing and she did not mention my son as her child. Later attempts at communication went unanswered. I wonder, do Primorsky birth parents ever contact you? We would love to have pictures of his birth family, but do not know how to proceed (even though we made initial contact).
